If you have experienced the death of a loved one, whether your loss is recent or from years ago, you are welcome to attend GriefShare. You do not have to journey through your grief alone.
GriefShare is a confidential, faith-based support group facilitated by caring, compassionate people who will journey with you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You will receive support and encouragement from people who understand what you are going through as you recover from your loss.
GriefShare support group meets Tuesdays, from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm at Crossroads Community Church, in Mayerthorpe. Each weekly meeting includes a video seminar, small group discussion and personal journal and workbook exercises. There is also a time of fellowship and a selection of snacks and beverages to enjoy each evening.
Limited seating is available and pre-registration is required by calling 780-786-2695. The 12-weekly support sessions plus all materials and your personal GriefShare journal / workbook are included in the registration fee of $35.
