Notice To Residents- Discoloured Drinking Water

Please be advised that you may notice a brownish discoloration in your tap water over the next few days. This is due to the Fire Department using hydrants for training purposes, which can cause sediment in the water lines to become disturbed and temporarily discolor the water.
To clear the discoloration, we recommend that you run your cold water taps for 5–10 minutes or until the water runs clear. This will help flush out any sediment that may have entered your home’s plumbing.
